1.  Level 2 Certificate in Business and Administration

This qualification provides evidence of competence of being in a supporting role in an office environment. Optional units provide opportunity to show understanding and skills in a variety of areas, including basic finance, IT and contributing to events.

Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service

Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service aims to provide learners new to the customer service industry with an introduction into the legislation, policies and procedures followed in providing customer care, as well as identifying what makes good customer service and how their own actions may affect customer satisfaction. This qualification is certified by NCFE, and is accredited by the NCF.

This qualification is designed for those working in a customer service related role or those who who like to develop knowledge of this area prior to commencing employment.

Requirements: There are no requirements for this qualification and a level 1 qualification is not necessary to undertake this course.

Learners who complete this course may progress onto level 3 and level 4 qualifications.


Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service

Level 3 NVQ in Customer Service is for candidates who will be delivering and managing service and will be accountable in the area of practice. Candidates will be working without direct supervisions or on their own, such as in a commercial customer service environment.

This qualification is ideal for people who have the scope to bring about permanent improvements in service delivery that benefit their organisation and customers.

Level 4 Extended Diploma in Management

Our Level 4 Diploma is certified by ATHE, a global Ofqual regulated awarding organisation, specialising in management. The course is a 120 credit qualification and is the equivalent of the first year of a degree.

Students must complete 4 mandatory units and a further 4 optional units to meet the 120 credit requirement for the diploma
